What you will receive:

Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

Compensation Package: Commission pay

Ability to Commute: Irvine, CA

Work Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA

This position is not fully remote.

$50,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
  • Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
  • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • CA Life/Health License (Preferred)
