Entry Level Estimator/Drafter/ Department Assistant.

LTS Homes, LLC, the Leading East Stroudsburg, PA based Home Builder is looking for a Residential Construction Estimator.ย  Applicant must be detail oriented and have a working knowledge of Construction Materials and Practices.ย  Primary Responsibilities will include Takeoffs and Purchase Orders.ย  Additional responsibilities will include assisting the Architecture Department with Job Related updates.

Ideal Candidate will have an Associates Degree in a Related Field (Construction Technologies, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering).

Residential Field experience and AutoCad is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review Purchase Orders and Order Acknowledgements for accuracy.
  • Assist in material takeoffs (estimates).


Compensation $40,000 to $50,000 Annually
