RINA is currently recruiting for a Power Electrical System Engineer to join its team within the Electrical Engineering and Power Systems Division.

We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and supporting the professional growth of our team. We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer with an emphasis in power systems to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience working on real-world electrical power design and analysis projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in the design and analysis of electrical power systems (low, medium, and high voltage)
  • Support preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports
  • Perform load calculations and support power distribution studies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and project managers
  • Participate in field work, site visits, and inspections as needed
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE)
  • Support projects from concept through completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (power focus preferred)
  • Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience
  • Basic understanding of electrical power systems and distribution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or co-op experience in power systems, utilities, or engineering consulting
  • Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM (preferred but not required)
