Job description

Job Summary

Iron EagleX, Inc. is a subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology that delivers agile IT and Intelligence solutions. The Data Analyst will mine complex data from various sources, analyze trends, and collaborate with teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze local, national, and global trends to identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Determine technical issues, remove corrupted data, and fix coding errors.
  • Work collaboratively with Intelligence and Data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data analysis that supports Intelligence products and processes.
  • Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks and/or automation for data consumers to monitor, extract, and report on data.
  • Work with IDST members and USSOCOM leadership to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data management strategies for the enterprise to improve the quality and usability of data.
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data.
Required Qualifications
  • Can write in Python.
  • Experience with JavaScript and React.
  • Can read and understand other coding languages: HTML/CSS, R, Java, C, C++, C#.
  • Create respective process documentation using a web‑based version control.
  • Experience with Gitlab and Jira.
  • Provide written and verbal communication and respective business process.
  • Work independently and on teams and have excellent time management and work prioritization skills.
  • Execute complex projects within government defined timelines across a geographically dispersed workforce and user base.
  • Experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
  • TS with Active SCI Eligibility is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • JavaScript, R, C/C++, SQL, Go, Flask, React, SQLAlchemy, CI/CD.
  • Experience with Flask and React.
