Position: Intern - Data Evaluation amp; Grants Management Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Regional Administrator Work Location: Hybrid
Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) is a nationally and internationally recognized nonprofit organization that provides programs and support services for people with hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, and other bleeding disorders. HoG is the only agency of its kind in the state and is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the bleeding disorder community by providing excellence in comprehensive health care, education, advocacy, and supporting research to transform lives.

HoG offers a unique opportunity for graduate-level students interested in data analysis, grants management, and nonprofit evaluation. The Data Evaluation amp; Grants Management Intern will support federal grants management, data reporting, and evaluation processes. The intern will assist with collecting, analyzing, and documenting data from multiple partners, tracking reporting
requirements, and streamlining workflows for compliance and efficiency. The role also
includes supporting grant-related invoicing, data reconciliation, and evaluation of new
process improvements. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public health policy, data evaluation, and nonprofit grants management in a nationally recognized healthcare organization.
Qualifications:
• Graduate student preferred (health policy, public policy, public health, business administration, or health administration)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data
• visualization).
• Ability to organize and manage multiple data-driven priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Open to candidates with no prior internship experience if technical and academic background align.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds 
Essential Functions:
• Support tracking and documentation of federal and state grant reporting requirements.
• Collect, clean, and analyze programmatic and financial data for evaluation purposes.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of grant data dashboards and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with staff on streamlining workflows for reporting and compliance.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Provide support in processing and reconciling grant-related invoices.
• Prepare data summaries and evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ongoing process improvement projects in data tracking and grants management.
Additional Responsibilities:
