Job Title:         Engineering Technician

Client:              Aerospace Industry

Location:         Carson City, NV 89706

Duration:         Direct Hire

Shift:                1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Calibrate tools and fixtures
  • Create and update CAD models and drawings
  • Scan and inspect parts for accuracy
  • Assist in tool design and documentation
  • Perform first article inspections
  • Support root cause and corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze manufacturing data
  • Develop work instructions and specs
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement
  • Maintain safety and compliance

Qualifications

  • Technical school diploma
  • 3D CAD skills (NX, KeyCreator, or SolidWorks)
  • EDM and CMM experience preferred
  • Strong GD&T and machining knowledge
  • PC-DMIS or Geomagic experience preferred
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
