Job description

We’re looking for a dependable Quick Lube Technician to support our service department by performing routine vehicle maintenance and basic inspections. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, wants to grow their automotive skills, and values working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire inflation.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure systems and components are secure, functioning properly, and safe.
  • Replace oil filters and drain plugs and communicate completed services and oil levels to service advisors.
  • Identify worn components and recommend repairs before breakdowns or damage occur.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity while following dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to learn new automotive technology, repair procedures, and service specifications
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced service department environment
Preferred 
  • One year of experience in an automotive service department or similar
  • ASE certification
  • Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to continue learning and improving

Compensation
  • $16.00-$19.00/hour compensation based on experience and skill 
    • Compensation is entry-level and provides room for growth as skills and experience increase.
  • This position is eligible for a monthly bonus based on several factors.
