Job description

PABCO Gypsum, a division of PABCO Building Products LLC, has provided quality gypsum board products and service for over 35 years.  PABCO Gypsum supplies a complete line of gypsum products for commercial and residential construction.

Here at our Las Vegas location, we make Gypsum Wallboard. Your job as a Production Worker is to help manage and operate our machines to manufacture the finished product.

What's the work Schedule?

  • Regular schedule: Monday - Sunday with mandatory rotating shifts of day, swing, and graveyard

What's the pay rate?

  • Starting pay: $26.40/hour with shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts
     

What's the Job?

  • Complete entry level training (basic production skills, inspections and learning product and equipment terminology)
  • Assists in housekeeping duties
  • Occasionally operates forklift (conduct pre-use inspections, adjusting or switching different fork types)
  • Provides extra help during equipment failures
  • Assists with "maintenance down days" and startup of production line procedures
  • Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

You and your experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Ability to work a rotating shift and regular attendance is required
