Location: Hybrid role based near Middlesex/Essex county. Gain hands-on experience through regular customer visits across the local area 2-3 times per week while enjoying a mix of remote, and field-based work.

What You'll Do 

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help customers identify solutions that support their goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities  
• Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings  
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions  
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle  
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience  
• Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings 

Compensation & Benefits 

Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 

• Base Salary: $60,000
• Target Commission: $60,000 
• Uncapped commission potential 
• Monthly car allowance

Qualifications 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2-3 days per week
