Job description

Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced full time Data Entry Clerk to join our team!
As the Data Entry Clerk, you will primarily support the Accounts Payable function by managing full-cycle AP for 9+ restaurants, ensuring invoices are accurately processed, properly documented, and approved before payment. You will also reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor records, review chargebacks, and assist with monthly AP close activities. In addition to AP responsibilities, you will support sales processing, data entry, integrations, and other administrative projects across the Accounting team.v

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hands on experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • R365 experience preferred
  • Hospitality experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in processing sales & reviewing integrations
  • Process Full-Cycle accounts payable for 9+ restaurants
  • Review all AP transactions for appropriate documentation and approval before payment
  • Review chargebacks and contest as needed
  • Process and approve internal invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Create and maintain vendor files with proper documentation and backup (W9)
  • Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
  • Assist in monthly closings/ AP Aging review
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving Departments to handle any PO issues
  • Retrieve and save backup for monthly utility charges, credit card statements , etc
  • Support other departments as needed with data entry
  • Ad Hoc projects as assigned
