Common Search & ComparisonYesYes

Entry Operators and Data Entry Clerks often perform similar tasks involving data input and basic computer work. While both roles require basic computer skills and a high school diploma, Entry Operators may handle more technical or specialized data processing tasks, whereas Data Entry Clerks focus primarily on inputting data accurately. Both roles are common in office and administrative settings across various industries.

What is an entry operator?

An entry operator is a professional responsible for inputting data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently. They often use data entry software, require good typing skills, and may work in office environments with standard working hours.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

An entry operator typically does not earn $10,000 a month without specialized skills or experience. High-paying jobs that can reach this level without a degree often include roles such as sales managers, real estate brokers, or certain skilled trades, but these usually require relevant experience, certifications, or licensing. Most entry-level operator positions have lower starting salaries, and reaching $10,000 monthly generally involves career advancement or additional qualifications.

How much is paid for data entry?

Entry operators typically earn between $10 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the complexity of the data entry tasks. Salaries can vary based on whether the position is full-time, part-time, or freelance, and proficiency with tools like Excel or data management software can influence pay rates.

How can I make $2000 a week working from home?

Entry operators can increase their earnings by taking on multiple remote data entry or administrative tasks, often paid per project or hourly. Developing skills in software like Excel or database management and working for multiple clients can help reach higher weekly income levels, but earning $2000 consistently may require additional skills or freelance work outside standard roles.

Forming Operator Responsibilities -
  • Ensure adherence to predetermined productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct press setup by mounting die into equipment, positioning and clamping frames and plates, and configuring press parameters via a computer-controlled electronics information center.
  • Execute press tear-down by removing forming tools, unclamping frames and plates, and preparing the press for the subsequent job, utilizing tool-specific binders containing their respective recipes.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Collaborate with press operators from previous and following shifts, discussing specific instructions, job status, and addressing any irregularities.
  • Accurately document all pertinent information in the labor reporting system, QA forms, job tickets, and move tags.
  • Load or remove sheet form press/hopper as needed.
  • Empower all colleagues responsible for ensuring quality to halt production to rectify quality issues, promptly informing management about non-conforming products or processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to environmental practices, policies, and procedures for proper material handling and disposal.
  • Emphasize key aspects: recycling, energy conservation, waste reduction, and efficient process control for minimizing scrap.
What we are looking for in a Forming Operator -

  • Competence in loading, operating, and unloading injection molding machines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, reflecting fundamental education and skills as a minimum qualification.
  • Comprehensive mechanical understanding of equipment, tooling, controls, and operations.
  • Knowledge of computer skills, including Windows-based systems, Titan, and basic data entry.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving forming-related process and equipment issues independently.
  • Strong analytical abilities to detect printing or material-related variations.
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation and effectively communicating job-related information to colleagues and management.
  • Familiarity with optimal safety, housekeeping, and PPE practices within the department and the company.
  • Ability to interpret and understand job tickets for efficient task execution.
