Job description

The Digital Marketer is a hands-on creative role focused on content creation, brand voice development, and storytelling. This position is ideal for someone who loves capturing real moments, turning them into compelling visual content, and shaping how a brand shows up across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and evolving our brand presence through video, photography, design, social media, and email marketing. Acting as a bridge between our company and the community, you’ll help define our voice, grow engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels—online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Translate company values, culture, and initiatives into engaging, on-brand content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment across marketing and internal communications

Content Creation & Media Production

  • Video Capture & Editing (Primary Focus):
  • Capture short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Photography & Visual Assets:
  • Capture and edit photography for social media, campaigns, portfolios, and internal use
  • Create platform-specific graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
  • Write captions and copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement
  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and interactions on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor performance and adapt content based on engagement and trends

Email Marketing

  • Develop, write, design, and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage email templates that align with brand voice and visual identity

  • Develop and manage marketing funnels that guide prospective customers through engagement, conversion, and sales

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing platforms, tools, and systems that support more effective campaign execution, funnel management, automation, and measurement
  • Design, build, and maintain CRM and marketing database systems, and define and refine ICPs and customer profiles
  • Perform data management to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data.
  • Coordinate and manage collaborations with influencers, partners, and brands
  • Assist with outreach, content planning, and execution for partnerships
  • Ensure collaborations align with brand voice and visual standards

Education / Experience:
