Position Title: Video Content Creator Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Director / Director of Brand & Digital Marketing Position Summary Bomnin Automotive Group is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form and long-form video content that showcases our people, culture, vehicles, and customer experience. This individual will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social media trends, and can transform everyday dealership moments into compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Essential Responsibilities Content Creation Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms. Capture dealership events, vehicle deliveries, customer testimonials, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. Work with sales, service, and leadership teams to create content that highlights the Bomnin brand and customer experience.

Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for videos and campaigns. Video Production & Editing Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar programs. Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, and branding elements.

Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and follow current social media best practices. Maintain consistency with Bomnin's brand image and messaging. Social Media Support Stay current with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.

Assist in creating and maintaining a monthly content calendar. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and advertisements. Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Photography & Asset Management Capture high-quality photos and videos for digital campaigns and website use. Organize and maintain media files and content libraries. Ensure all content is properly archived and readily accessible.
