Job Title: Student Worker - Yearbook Outreach & Engagement Representative AY27

Job Classification: Marketing and Communications, Student

Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Spring

Pay Rate: $9/hr

Job Description:

$1,500 performance-based scholarship/semester

The Yearbook Outreach and Engagement Representative leads all outreach efforts to promote yearbook sales through email marketing, social media engagement, and direct communication with students, families, and campus partners. This role manages yearbook sales outreach from start to finish, ensuring strong visibility and consistent engagement across campus.

Create and send email marketing campaigns promoting yearbook sales, deadlines, and special offers. 
Manage yearbook social media accounts and post engaging content that drives awareness and interest. 
Conduct outreach to students, parents, and campus groups to encourage yearbook purchases. 
Track engagement trends and share weekly updates with the yearbook team. Identify new opportunities to promote the yearbook across campus and online. 
Maintain consistent, professional communication that reflects Student Media standards.
