Job description

Collision Estimator

We are a face-paced top tier body shop in Tyler that is needing an entry-level estimator.  Some background in service advising or parts is a plus, but not required. We will provide paid on the job training to teach you our process and answer any questions that may come up.  Your schedule would be Monday-Friday 7:30a-6:00p. 

We work with CCC estimating platform and TraxPod parts ordering platform.  We will provide training in both until you have a good understanding of both.  When training is complete you will be responsible for following multiple jobs through the repair process including, writing the estimate, additional supplements, updating insurance and customer, and quality control. A majority of this position is being able to have excellent customer service.
