  • Must have a Mechanical or Electrical background

Job Description:
  • Mechanical and Material testing Technician
  • The successful candidate will conduct physical testing of medical devices in a product testing lab and assembly of prototypes.
  • Previous mechanical testing lab experience is preferred.
  • This position is NOT suitable for someone with a diagnostic laboratory background.
  • This is for mechanical/electrical testing, not testing in the area of microbiology or chemistry.

Additional Job Description
  • Experience with operating Instron testing equipment would be helpful, but not required The position requires basic computer skills, knowledge and experience of laboratory test equipment, good written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and an ability to exactly follow detailed instructions.
  • Minimum of a HS diploma or GED, required.
