Job description

Overview

Entry level sterilization service technician I will respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair and planed maintenance (PM) on basic medical sterilizer equipment an drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Qualifications

Education required: High School /GED completion

Education preferred: Possess associates degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent from two year college or technical school in electrical, electronic or biomedical fields

Experience: Electronics, IT or air conditioning/refrigeration or experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, building maintenance, medical equipment in a hospital environment or similar field service work may be acceptable

Additional Skills/Abilities: Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must have basic knowledge office software and technological tools (ipad, iPhone, etc.). Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a safe driving record. Must have reliable transportation.
