Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist in event planning. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating company-wide events, managing executive schedules, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
