Bob Wylin - State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales and Service Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service daily.

Requirements

  • Must live within 20 miles / 30 minutes of agency and be able to commute into the office
  • Must be able to obtain FL 2-20 license
  • Must be able to obtain FL 4-40 license
  • Prior Customer Service and Property/Casualty experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Citizens and EasyLink a must.
  • Prior State Farm experience a plus.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in peopleโ€™s lives.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
