Looking to start or grow your career in apartment maintenance? We're hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ozark! If you're dependable, motivated, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll help keep our apartment community running smoothly and looking its best. Your day could include completing resident work orders, preparing apartments for new move-ins, painting, pool and grounds maintenance, and helping with general upkeep around the property. No two days are the same, and there's always something new to learn.

We're looking for someone with some basic maintenance or handyman experience who is eager to grow in the property management industry. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are just as important as technical ability - our maintenance team plays a huge role in creating a great experience for our residents.

Position Highlights:
