Experienced Seasonal Snow Equipment Operators Wanted

When it snows, you work. When you work, you earn.

If you're an experienced heavy equipment operator looking to maximize your earnings during the winter, LEI wants to hear from you.

We're hiring seasonal snow operators for the upcoming snow season. This is on-call, weather-dependent work. When winter weather hits, you'll be part of one of New England's largest commercial snow and ice management teams, operating late-model equipment on premier commercial properties throughout Massachusetts.

We're looking for operators experienced with:

  • Wheel Loaders
  • Skid Steers
  • AG Tractors
  • Backhoes
  • Commercial snow removal equipment

A Massachusetts Hoisting License is required.

Why Experienced Operators Choose LEI
  • Top industry pay — Earn up to $50/hour based on experience.
  • More seat time. More earning potential. Our large commercial portfolio, multiple snow dump operations, and extensive post-storm snow removal work keep operators working long after the plowing is done.
  • Late-model equipment — Operate one of the newest and best-maintained fleets in the industry.
  • Family owned for over 40 years — A company built on relationships, not private equity.
  • Professional operation — Organized dispatch, experienced leadership, and the technology to support you during every storm.
  • Commercial properties across Massachusetts with opportunities in multiple operating areas.

This is seasonal, weather-dependent employment designed for operators who want to make the most of the winter season. If you're dependable, experienced, and ready to answer the call when the snow starts falling, there's no better place to spend your winter.

Run the best equipment. Work with the best team. Maximize your winter earnings.
