Northern Tool Manufacturing is seeking motivated individuals who are eager to develop their welding skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have welding training, welding experience from school, or a strong desire to learn, we want to hear from you.
As a Welder I, you'll work alongside experienced team members to produce high-quality products while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to advance your career to the next level.
What You'll Do
  • Perform wire feed welding on a variety of products
  • Set up and operate welding equipment
  • Read blueprints and follow work instructions
  • Move materials through the production process
  • Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean work area
  • Work closely with production team members to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment after training and certification
  • Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed
