Position Overview & Basic QualificationsConcrete Finisher

Responsible for placing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.Qualifications: 2+ years of finishing experience preferred; ability to operate finishing tools; knowledge of curing techniques.

Form Carpenter

Builds and installs concrete formwork for structural components.Qualifications: Experience reading blueprints; strong measuring and layout skills; formwork experience preferred.

Mason

Lays brick and CMU block according to specifications.Qualifications: Masonry experience required; ability to maintain alignment and level.

Mason Tender

Supports masonry crews by preparing materials and maintaining workflow.Qualifications: Construction experience preferred; ability to lift heavy materials.
