Middle Georgia Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians and Mechanics for multiple openings. We are hiring individuals ranging from entry-level apprentices to highly skilled lead mechanics. Competitive pay is based on experience, technical ability, and demonstrated maintenance skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
  • Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, pumps, and other components
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Pay Levels
  • Beginner Apprentice – $22/hr
  • Intermediate Apprentice – $24/hr
  • Advanced Apprentice – $26/hr
  • Beginner Mechanic – $28/hr
