Shift Options:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $19.30/hr
• Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 4:30 AM | $20.30/hr (+$1.00 shift differential)

We are seeking dependable MIG/TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding structural steel, with occasional TIG welding as needed. If you have welding experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components.
• Complete TIG welding projects as needed.
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Make repairs or adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

• MIG welding experience required.
• TIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to produce quality welds on structural steel.
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.
