• Assist in welding and fabrication of boat lift components and marine structures
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment
• Prepare materials by cutting, fitting, and cleaning metal components
• Support experienced welders in MIG welding and assembly operations
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• Previous welding training, vocational school experience, or a strong mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
• Desire to learn welding and fabrication techniques
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL 33762.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
