  • The Web Content Analyst supports analysis on low to moderately complex customer business needs and supports web solutions that elevate customer experience and drives measurable business outcomes.

  • This position is considered entry level and performs work of low complexity.

  • The incumbent works under direct supervision and may take direction from a more senior team member.

  • This job does not have any direct reports.

  • Assist with website enhancement projects (project management artifacts and documentation).

  • Codes, debugs, tests, deploys, supports and documents low to moderately complex web user experience styling enhancements including browser compatibility, and accessibility

  • Provides ongoing technical support to stakeholders.

  • Drafts content using web and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices with stakeholders.

  • Contributes to consistent implementation with adherence to security protocols and brand guidelines

  • Supports contingency plans for websites to deliver mission critical, time-sensitive crisis communications requiring continuous operational readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design or in a related field, or commensurate specialized training, certification, or work experience

  • Fundamental skills in content management systems, cascading style sheets, graphics composition, and visualization tools

  • Fundamental critical thinking and data reporting skills

  • Fundamental understanding and knowledge of user experience
