- This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
- Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
Internship responsibilities may include:
- The Business Analyst Intern supports the Business Operations team within a large Technology development organization and in-house Agency. This team is responsible for managing financial forecasts, developing and maintaining tools and processes that improve executive reporting and operational efficiency, and driving organization-wide communication and alignment. In this role, the intern will contribute to business operations initiatives by assisting with project management, enhancing internal tools, and supporting financial modeling and data analysis. The position plays an important part in improving team forecasting, streamlining processes, and enabling informed business decisions.

- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
