This is an entry-level position designed for a current student looking to build foundational skills and gain real-world experience in the booming transportation and supply chain industry.

You will work directly alongside our account managers and logistics professionals, helping support daily operations, client satisfaction, and modern outreach. If you are a proactive self-starter who loves a challenge and wants to see how global commerce moves behind the scenes, this is your starting line.

Job Description
  • Team Support: Work with the logistics team to ensure everyday customer needs and operational milestones are met.
  • Marketing & Digital Outreach: Assist the team in building and executing both digital and tangible marketing campaigns (including social media management, web-based content, and print).
  • Data & Reporting: Help track territory-based logistics activities and update internal electronic reports.
  • Client Relations: Support customer communication and assist in gathering data for larger RFQ/RFP freight rates.
  • Market Analysis: Learn to track and analyze current market trends to help the team identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Age & Education: Must be 18 years or older and/or currently enrolled in school.
  • Experience: Prior Customer Service Representative (CSR) or retail/hospitality experience is highly preferred.
  • Field of Study: Open to all academic backgrounds! However, enrollment in a Business School or coursework in Supply Chain / Transportation is a major plus.
