As a Conversational AI and Agentic AI - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of User Interaction Engineering within our Advisory practice. This role involves leveraging your skills in software and product innovation to enhance client experiences through cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI-driven strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, focusing on creating seamless and intuitive user interactions.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, anticipate their needs, and guide junior team members. Your role will involve analyzing complex concepts and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, all while maintaining professional and technical standards.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic AI protocols and enhance customer experience strategies
- Creating and refining mock-ups and prototypes to align with client requirements and feedback
- Analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in user interaction engineering
- Leading the development of natural language interfaces and voice design for enhanced user engagement

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
