Demand Generation Coordinator
Company Overview
Rebus is a real-time B2B SaaS labor management and warehouse analytics platform, built to help warehouse leaders manage people, processes, and performance with live data.
Rebus is part of Longbow Advantage, an end-to-end supply chain consulting firm. Together, Rebus and Longbow Advantage give customers both the technology and the strategic expertise to better run their warehouse operations
Founded in 2017 to fill a gap in the market for purpose-built supply chain execution insights, Rebus has grown into a full suite of solutions spanning labor management, warehouse analytics, real-time AI-driven labor decisions, inventory management, and 3PL billing.
Position Overview
We're hiring a Demand Generation Coordinator to support our growing demand generation function for Rebus. This is an entry-level role, ideal for an early-career marketer who wants to build foundational skills in marketing automation, lead management, events and campaign analytics.

  • You'll work closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day execution, logistics, and reporting that keep Rebus campaigns and events running smoothly.
  • This role is primarily focused on Rebus; you may occasionally support Longbow Advantage marketing needs on an ad hoc basis.
  • This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B demand generation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SETUP
  • Support execution of email marketing campaigns: building sends, segmenting lists, QA/testing, and scheduling.
  • Assist with setup and monitoring of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), including tracking, budget pacing, and basic optimization support.
  • Maintain and organize campaign assets, lists, and workflows in HubSpot.

SEO & WEBSITE SUPPORT
  • Support basic on-page SEO tasks tied to campaigns: metadata, keyword tagging, and landing page optimization.
  • Assist with website updates related to campaigns and digital marketing initiatives (landing pages, forms, campaign-specific content).
  • Help track SEO and website performance metrics, flagging opportunities to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager.
  • Support coordination with our SEO/paid ads agency and web maintenance partner on campaign-related requests.

REPORTING & ANALYTICS
  • Pull and organize campaign performance data (email, paid, event) into regular reporting.
  • Support tracking of key demand gen metrics and flag trends or issues to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager.
  • Help maintain clean, accurate data across HubSpot and reporting dashboards.

EVENT LOGISTICS
  • Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person events, trade shows, and webinars: venue and vendor coordination, shipping/materials, registration, and on-site support.
  • Support promotional planning and follow-up communications for events.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content.
  • Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events.

COLLABORATION & COORDINATION
  • Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and Content Marketing Manager to keep campaign messaging and timing aligned.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on execution details as needed.
  • Track work in monday.com and flag blockers early.

Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related internship; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools we use like HubSpot, Wordpress, Canva, Google Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing several moving pieces at once.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting basics (Excel/Sheets); eager to build deeper analytics skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator.
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking direction while building toward more ownership over time.
  • Ability to travel for a few in-person events/trade shows (approximately 1-3 per year)
  • Comfort using AI tools (we use Claude) to work more efficiently is a plus.

Why Join Rebus?
  • Supportive work environment
  • Work/life balance
  • Competitive Salary
  • 4-weeks of paid vacation
  • 6 paid sick days, 2 paid personal days per year
  • Excellent health and dental benefits, eligible as of your first day!
  • Group RRSP/401k Matching
  • Work from Home
