This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained foundational field experience and is ready to continue developing their skills alongside experienced technicians and installers.

What You'll Do
  • Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
  • Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each job
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance under supervision
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Follow all company safety procedures and local building codes
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service while in customers' homes
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while continuing to develop technical skills
