JOB SUMMARY

At Britton, the Senior Graphic Designer brings our sales and marketing materials to life and occasionally will support client work too. This part-time role is built for a designer who is equally comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and who can move fluidly between polished presentation decks, print collateral, digital assets and social graphics, and is an expert working with TikTok and Meta. You will work closely with our marketing and business development team to design materials that represent Britton Marketing in front of prospective clients: proposals, case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers and beyond. When bandwidth allows, you will also step in to support billable client projects alongside our creative team. You must take creative direction well, ask thoughtful questions and bring a collaborative spirit to everything you touch. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of professional design experience who is ready to contribute meaningfully from day one in a close-knit, values-driven agency. This is a hybrid position, located in Fort Wayne, IN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing Design

  • Design and produce B2B sales and marketing materials including pitch decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, rate cards and prospecting collateral
  • Build and refine presentations in PowerPoint using existing BMDG branded templates, maintaining visual consistency and elevating the quality of every file
  • Translate written content and strategy into clear, compelling visual layouts that align with each audience and context
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative Leads to ensure design and messaging work is on brand
  • Maintain organized, archived graphic files and uphold internal and off-site digital file backup protocols

Digital & Social Assets

  • Design digital and social media assets in support of Britton's B2B marketing calendar, including email graphics, LinkedIn content, campaign visuals, social posts, reels and short-form video content, with a heavy focus on TikTok
  • Adapt existing brand assets for new formats, sizes and platforms as needed
  • Support the agency website with design updates and visual content as directed

Client Work Support

  • Step in to support billable client projects alongside the creative team when capacity allows, bringing the same quality and care to client work as to internal materials
  • Collaborate with art directors and designers on client deliverables across a variety of categories including home goods, fashion, lifestyle, color and pets
  • Ability to travel for client needs, if necessary

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Manage your own project workload within part-time hours, communicating clearly on timelines, capacity and priorities
  • Receive and incorporate feedback professionally across multiple rounds of revision
  • Track hours daily by project to support billing accuracy
  • Continue to self-educate on new design technology, tools and creative trends, bringing fresh inspiration back to the team
