This is a paid internship. No remote work available.
Semester: Part-Time or Full-Time (Based on school schedule, discussed during interview process.)
Seeking a detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated candidate to support our recruiting processes within the fast-paced world of recruiting college/entry level construction engineers for a multibillion-dollar company.
Our recruiting roles include aspects of traditional recruiting, human resources, and marketing/research.
JOB SUMMARY:
Overall assistance with day-to-day recruiting needs that range from college recruiting, internship program preparation, to workforce development and research. One will be collaborating with Recruiting Coordinators to maintain and update recruiting processes to increase the efficiency of the department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Update and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (Excel, PowerBi, Smartsheet, RIVAL ATS software).
  • Candidate tracking: adding new candidate entries, maintenance of current entries and status updates.
  • Assist with drafting correspondence letters to recruits.
  • Track college career fair attendance and compile recruiting supplies for career fairs.
  • Assist with college recruiting strategies and tracking college involvement.
  • Register for and scheduling college recruiting events.
  • Update, maintain, and create visual content for marketing materials.
  • Manage promotional supplies.
  • Assist with training initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with engineering intern program.

Required Skills

  • Must be a people person with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Must be driven and efficient working autonomously on independent projects.
