About the Role
As a Client Support & Benefits Specialist, you will work with individuals who need help understanding their available benefit options. Your focus will be on communication, education, follow-up, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process.
You will receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and support from experienced leaders.
Daily Tasks
  • Speak with clients by phone or virtual meeting

  • Answer questions related to current or requested coverage
