Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Camera Operator:
Operates video equipment during athletic events to capture live gameplay and key moments. Ensures proper camera angles, follows game action, and may assist with livestream production.
Game Day Assistant: Assist with the setup and breakdown of athletic events, ensuring facilities are game-ready. Support game operations by coordinating with event staff, athletes, coaches, and officials. Direct spectator and guest inquiries while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Provided professional customer service and ensure events run efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry. They will possess strong oral and written communication and leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate must be diligent, willing to take initiative, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The position also requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The candidate is expected to act within the parameters of institutional control and is responsible for conducting all activities in compliance with NCAA, Patriot League, and College of the Holy Cross rules and regulations.
This is a part time, on-call seasonal position. The hourly rate for this position is $15.25.
