If you're a vehicle wrap installer with manufacturer or accredited certifications who takes pride in flawless installs, precision alignment, and clean finishes, now is the time to take that talent somewhere it's valued, seen, and rewarded.
At Mustang Signs, we're inviting the best in the business to join our growing team in Washington's Inland Northwest. This is where the work is exciting, the weekends are long, and your skill actually matters.
Why Top Installers Choose Mustang Signs
  • 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance Premiums for Employees - Plus optional vision and dental plans.
  • 401(k) with 4% Company Match - Because your future matters.
  • 4/10's Schedule - Three-day weekends, every weekend. Work Monday through Thursday.
  • Relocation Support - Thinking about moving? We'll help make it happen.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays - Because rest fuels results.
  • Clean, Organized Install Bays - Tools, time, and space to do it right.
  • Real Growth Opportunities - Certifications, leadership, and specialty training.
  • Team Culture That Has Your Back - We celebrate wins and support each other through challenges.

Why the Inland Northwest?

  • No state income tax in Washington
  • Short commutes and clean air
  • World-class outdoor recreation right outside your door-rivers, trails, mountains, wine country, and more
  • Vibrant local communities with arts, culture, and incredible food

As a Certified Vehicle Wrap Installer at Mustang Signs, you'll lead and assist in vehicle wrap installations from start to finish, ensuring each job meets the highest standards in finish, fit, and durability.
  • Apply full and partial vehicle wraps with precision and care
  • Work on fleets, trailers, box trucks, vans, food trucks, and custom vehicles
  • Prep surfaces, align panels, and finish with flawless edges
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers for smooth handoffs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area
  • Train or mentor junior team members

What You Bring
Required:
  • Current manufacturer 3M, Avery, Orafol, or similar accredited certification
  • 2+ years of hands-on vehicle wrap installation experience
  • Expertise in tools like squeegees, knives and heat guns
  • Strong attention to detail and a pride-in-your-work mindset
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions

Preferred (but not required):
  • Fleet wrap experience and/or large-format graphics application
  • Experience training or supervising installers
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity

You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Are the type who wants your work to look amazing
  • Get satisfaction from clean lines, straight panels, and zero lift
  • Like having time, space, and team support to do it right the first time
  • Are looking to settle in with a company that's growing fast
  • Want to build a real life outside the install bay, too

Let's Wrap Something Big Together
You're not just looking for another install gig. You're looking for a place to land, grow, and be valued for the craftsmanship you bring. Apply today and take your skills, and your lifestyle, to the next level with Mustang Signs.
