Job Summary
  • The Product Innovation Co-op will work closely with all facets of the LightGuide team including leadership, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing with the goal to support high quality customer demonstrations in the LightGuide Innovation Center and to drive the evolution of our flagship LightGuideTM AR software application portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create, improve, and maintain demonstrations in the LightGuide Innovation Center, including both hardware and software.
  • Work with customers, operations, and engineering to beta test versions of LightGuide software.
  • Author and record LightGuide workflows to create high quality proof of concept videos for specific customer projects.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to draft LightGuide workflows ahead of final installation.
  • Assist in the maintenance of LightGuide's internal hardware database.
  • Assist in setting up key customer software platforms in the innovation center to showcase LightGuide working with those platforms.
  • Conduct internal, voice of customer, and market research to generate and refine product requirements.
