To thrive as an Entry Level Utility Engineer, you need a bachelor's degree in engineering (typically civil, electrical, or mechanical) and a solid understanding of utility infrastructure principles. Familiarity with CAD software, GIS systems, and relevant industry standards or certifications like EIT (Engineer-in-Training) is valuable. These skills and qualifications are crucial for designing safe, efficient utility systems and contributing effectively to project success.
