Position Overview

TheCellular Technician entry-level positionis ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in cellular construction, tower work, and infrastructure installation.Youllassistexperienced technicians andforemenin the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of cellular systems throughout Arizona.

Noprevioustelecom experience isrequired just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assistwith the installation and maintenance of cellular towers, antennas, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Perform basic civil and electrical construction tasks under supervision (trenching, conduit installation, grounding, etc.).
  • Support senior technicians in performing equipment testing, assembly, and documentation.
  • Operate hand tools and light equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Participate in daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and follow all company safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of tools, vehicles, and job sites.
  • Exhibit professionalism and teamwork while working outdoors in various conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and validClass D Drivers License
  • Ability to pass apre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Physically capable oflifting upto 75 lbs., standing, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, andstrong communicationskills.
  • Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Prior experience in construction, utilities, electrical, or related fields.
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
