You'll leverage modern design tools, emerging AI technologies, and user research to help shape experiences that deliver meaningful business and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Support user research activities, including gathering feedback, synthesizing findings, and translating insights into design improvements.
  • Utilize AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration.
  • Contribute to the consistency and scalability of digital products by following UX standards and design system guidelines.
  • Present design concepts and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs based on testing and business needs.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of professional UX design experience, including internships or relevant project work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with Figma or comparable UX/UI design tools.
  • Familiarity with UX methodologies including wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508 guidelines.
  • Interest in or experience using AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to receive and apply feedback.
  • Ability to work effectively within established design systems and collaborative team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to user research planning, facilitation, or analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.

  • Basic understanding of responsive and accessible web application design.
What You'll Gain
