Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a meaningful role in your customers' lives, helping them find the right furniture for their home through a blend of consultative selling, genuine customer engagement, and thoughtful needs assessment. You'll create a personalized buying experience that builds customer satisfaction and naturally drives sales conversion.

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, teaching, or another customer-focused environment, you'll bring your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

In this role, you'll grow your business by building relationships, engaging with new and existing customers, and contributing to client prospecting, lead generation, and ongoing relationship management. You'll also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in a way that enhances the customer experience.

Success comes from your ability to build trust, deliver great service, and consistently meet goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
