FULL STACK SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Nike / Global Technology / Consumer Product & Innovation / Product Innovation Engineering

Our team supports Nike Product Innovation teams by building solutions that enhance our use of robotics, data, and artificial
intelligence. You'll be working with a team of other peer engineers as part of Nike's Consumer Product & Innovation organization
within Global Technology along side Nike product innovators.

You are an experienced software engineer. You've held several roles and have a good understanding of your technical and career direction.
You've learned how to learn and know when to ask questions versus figure things out on your own, and can nurture this skill in others. You know multiple tech stacks very well and are continually assessing emerging technology, tools, and patterns.
You are comfortable delivering moderately complex features by breaking them down into their components. You have demonstrated having a technical vision for your the features you develop and you feel comfortable owning the direction of your work and assisting more junior engineers with their work.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Our code is often written in NodeJS and Python and served through Amazon Web Services. We create solutions using our own code, 3rd party software, AI models, and consumer web-services. We operate the systems we develop and have a rotating on-call schedule for off-site, local business-hours, contact. The team as a whole handles incidents - which are uncommon. Successfully operate within our engineering environment and help it evolve over time.
