Join a leading Baltimore manufacturing company as an Entry-Level Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative and launch your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the customer database, including adding new customer profiles and keeping existing records accurate and up to date.
  • Accurately process and track daily customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Compile and coordinate order-specific deliverables, ensuring all components are matched and ready for customers.
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, and spec sheets to customers; coordinate shipments and proactively communicate status updates.
  • Maintain organized historical records and manage document filing systems for both short- and long-term storage needs.
  • Support the development and preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay informed on market trends by researching competitor pricing, new product offerings, and evolving sales strategies to help the team stay competitive.
