The Opportunity
As a Finance Solutions - Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Within our Finance practice, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimize their financial performance and improve decision-making.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, leveraging your skills to provide impactful financial advisory services. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs to develop strategies for optimizing capital structure and managing liquidity

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
