State Farm Insurance and financial services agency with two locations (Alpharetta, Ga and Roswell, Ga) is seeking an Agency Representative to be part of our great team! If you are interested in working in an educational, competitive, and financially rewarding environment then our State Farm agency is the place for you. We offer a competitive base pay and bonus plan, with many opportunities for promotion within the organization. This position requires no weekends, or overtime. We love to develop our people from the ground up, no experience or existing licensing is necessary.
Newly hired associate(s) will benefit from existing sales pipelines, proven processes, and one-on-one training. Most of your day to day will consist of phone interactions with customers and prospects.
Compensation: This position pays $36k-$45k starting base salary + commissions/bonuses. Starting base salary will be determined by experience. Prospects are provided. Your expected first year income with commissions/bonuses is $60k to $120k+. We appreciate experience, but we also love to develop from the ground up so no experience necessary.
