Job Summary:
Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is a company specializing in consulting services, and they are seeking a Frontend Developer with expertise in React. The role involves developing and maintaining front-end features, building reusable UI components, and collaborating with UX designers and product managers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain front-end features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build reusable UI components leveraging Fluent UI and modern web design standards.
• Implement scalable state‐management solutions using Redux or similar patterns.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility (A11y) standards and deliver fully responsive interfaces.
• Improve performance using techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and pagination.
• Integrate UI components with backend services and REST APIs.
• Implement privacy, cookie, and user-consent–based compliance controls.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Follow established DevOps, version control, and code review best practices.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using Fluent UI, Material UI, or similar UI component libraries.
• Proven track record in building accessible and responsive web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Redux, context-based state management, or other structured patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
