This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in the glazing and aluminum systems trade. You will work alongside experienced assemblers and glaziers to learn how to build high-performance aluminum systems. This is a learn-on-the-job role with clear progression into a skilled trade position.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skills

  • Experience working in a construction, manufacturing, carpentry, or mechanical environment (shop or site)
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and positioning materials safely throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)
  • Basic understanding of materials (aluminum, glass, rubber gaskets, sealants) or similar construction components
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16" and perform basic layout measurements
  • Understands basic shop drawings and assembly layouts
