Entry-Level Plumbing Laborer

Location: Lahaina, Maui
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Paid Weekly

Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a valuable trade? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Plumbing Laborers. No plumbing experience is required-we provide hands-on training while you work alongside experienced plumbing professionals.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry. If you have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse work, or general labor, that's a plus-but it's not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliability.

Work Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Monday – Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Employees who need transportation from Kahului can meet for carpool pickup at 7:30 AM.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Plumbing Laborer, you'll assist experienced plumbers with a variety of residential and commercial projects while learning the plumbing trade.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance.

  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.

  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites.

  • Dig trenches and assist with installing and removing piping.

  • Retrieve parts and supplies to help projects run efficiently.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements.

  • Help maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

  • Work closely with lead plumbers to complete projects safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
  • No plumbing experience required-training is provided.

  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.

  • Construction, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.

  • Valid driver's license is preferred.

  • Experience using hand or power tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry 75–100 pounds.

  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, lift, and stand throughout the day.

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics when necessary.

  • Perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.
