Job description

Southern Cast Products is a leading innovator in the design and manufacturing industry, specializing in intricate foundry patterns and machined components as well as prototype solutions. With a commitment to precision and craftsmanship, we make sure each project reflects the highest standards of quality and functionality.

We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Machinist to join our team — no prior CNC experience required but it is preferred. You'll train under experienced machinists to learn machine setup, operation, and quality control. We're looking for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to set up and operate CNC machines under supervision
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance
  • Learn to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Learn to adjust machine settings for accuracy
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
  • Assist experienced machinists with troubleshooting
